Coconut Milk Tea Recipe

Instructions

Let’s make the pearls:

  1. Prepare 360 ml of water in a pot and bring to a boil over a stove.
  2. Put pearls into the boiling water.
  3. Cook over a low flame and stir occasionally for 20 minutes or until your desired chewiness.
  4. Drain the water.

Prepare the Coconut Flavoured Milk tea

  1. Mix the Coconut flavoured powder in 250 ml of hot water and stir until dissolved. 
  2. Stir in the creamer and then add fructose to your desired sweetness. Stir until the creamy taro powder is dissolved.

Assemble:

  1. Place half a glass of ice into a cup.
  2. Pour in the cooked tapioca pearls.
  3. Pour in Coconut Flavoured Milk Tea

Ingredients

  • 3  Tablespoons of Coconut Flavoured Powder
  • 1.5 Tablespoon Creamer
  • 3 Teaspoon Fructose
  • 2 Tablespoon Tapioca Pearls
  • 1/2 Cup of Ice
