Yummy Strawberry Sago with Original Coconut Jelly

Ingredients:
3 cups strawberries
3/4 cup sago
1 bottle of Original Coconut Jelly
2 cups of half and half (half milk, half cream mixture)
1/2 cup condensed milk

Cut the strawberries into cubes. In a bowl, add strawberries and the syrup from the Original Coconut Jelly. Set it aside. 

Boil the sago on medium low heat for about 10 minutes then remove from heat and cover with lid for 10-15 minutes until it is translucent in colour.
Don’t worry if there if there are tiny specks of white, it’s fine. Drain and rinse the in cold water.

To your bowl of strawberries, add sago, condensed milk, Original Coconut Jelly, and half and half. Taste and adjust for your sweetness level.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Serve chilled or with crushed ice.
